How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days anywhere in Pakistan. Remote areas can take a little longer. You will get a confirmation when your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay by bank transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.
How do I track my order?
Signed-in customers can check status in their account. Ordered as a guest? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will update you.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Read the full Return Policy for details and exceptions.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, EasyPaisa and JazzCash. Pick whichever is easiest for you at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it.
